The classic food cart has been a cornerstone of our business for over 25 years.  We custom build our carts with high quality stainless steel, powder-coated steel frames, and vinyl canopies.


Steel Construction
  • 90" long x 42" wide x 39" high at the counter top
  • Frame constructed from steel tubing, epoxy coated for protection
  • Service side of the cart is stainless steel tubing
  • Aluminum floor, wall and wheel wells
  • 22 ga 304 #4 stainless steel exterior skins
  • 20 ga 304 #4 stainless steel locking storage doors
  • 18 ga 304 #4 stainless steel counter top
  • Stainless steel canopy uprights
  • Stainless steel sneeze guard uprights with plexi-glass inserts

Canopy
  • Aluminum hard top canopy
  • Colour choices available

Cooking
  • Propane bottle rack
  • Propane bottle safety chain
  • 2 stage propane regulator
  • ½" and 3/8" copper piping to appliances
  • All propane parts UL and/or CSA approved
  • Propane system inspected and approved by a third party facility

Plumbing
  • Double ware wash sinks, 10 x 10 x 6" deep
  • Hand wash sink, 10 x 10 x 6" deep
  • Hot and cold mixing faucet
  • 10 imp gallon / 45 litre fresh water tank
  • 15 imp gallon / 68 litre waste water tank with dump valve and drain hose
  • Shurflo on demand water pump
  • 6 gallon Suburban water heater, propane fired
  • All water components NSF and/or CSA approved

Terms

60% plus tax deposit by bank draft or wire transfer 40% balance and taxes at completion

Any work beyond the scope of this quote will be charged out at $120 per hour plus parts and materials.

Manufacture time is approx. 8-12 weeks.

Please note that manufacture times subject to change based on confirmation of orders between quote date and opening deposit. All estimated completion dates are based on a production time line commencing on receipt of opening deposit. Apollo will inform customer if any delays are experienced during build.
